If your computer has completely crashed and is beyond a quick repair, I can quickly and safely extract your documents and files from your hard drive whether it is a laptop or desktop.
If you have reformatted your hard drive or reinstalled the operating system and have lost, deleted, or overwritten all your old data, files and folders, "I can recover them"!
I will then burn them to CD, and make sure all file permissions are disabled so they can be viewed and edited on any computer. In an emergency I am available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for this service. If you call me and need emergency service the fee is $200, you will have all your data backed up on CD within 6 hours from the time of your call, I can back up and recover as much data as you have. If you don't need emergency service and can wait 24 hour for your data the service fee will only be $85. I can provide you with a loaner computer if you need.
If your hard drive is too internally damaged to extract data from it, there is never a service charge, this however is rare.
