I offer free computer removal of old and or broken computers, CTR monitors and laptops. If you live close to Chicopee, MA I offer free pick up and removal. If you have a working computer I will travel to pick it up and if it has any value I might be able to offer you some cash. Everything that I'm not able to salvage will be scraped and sold to a scrap metal and plastic recycling plant. Nothing will be illegally disposed of.
If you are looking to buy a new or used computer and want to trade in a working or broken computer, I may be able to give you credit off your purchase price.
Disposing of a computer can be very dangerous. The hard drive might have a lot of personal data on it, which if it gets into the wrong hands can put you at risk of identity theft, bank fraud, and could potentially cost you a lot of money. I completely zero out all three layers on your hard drive which typically can take up to eight hours. If I am disposing of your computer, I do not charge for this service. All my zeroing out of hard drives is done to U.S. Department of Defense standards! Additionally if you prefer I will remove your hard drive on the spot and let you keep it. There is never a charge for this service.
Getting rid of an old computer can be a problem. In addition to possible data theft, there is the recycling problem. Major department stores charge $50 (or more) to dispose of your computer. With me, if your computer is less than 10 years old, there is no charge. If your computer is less than 4 years old, I may be able to offer you money for it! This offer is good for both desktops and laptops, however not available for Macs. As with my repair, I will travel to your place to dispose of your computer.
